“Can administrators be coaches?” is a question we hear often. While they cannot dedicate the time and focus needed to go through a full coaching cycle, administrators can take a coaching approach to foster a coaching culture and support coaches in their schools.
This session is designed to help school leaders make a significant and immediate difference in all of their daily conversations by learning the GROWTH Coaching framework, adopting a way of being that encourages dialogue and improvement, and developing the questioning and listening skills necessary to lead more effectively.
This workshop is a result of Instructional Coaching Group’s partnership with Growth Coaching International (GCI), the leading provider of coaching professional development in Australia and New Zealand for nearly two decades.
