After attending initial instructional coaching institutes or workshops, coaches are often unsure about next steps. This intensive session is designed to explore the specific skills instructional coaches use to go through the coaching cycle, and as such, it serves as the next step in professional development for coaches.

The 9 Key Coaching Skills developed by Growth Coaching International are essential to effective instructional coaching and address the nuances and complexities of coaching conversations. Participants will learn how to integrate these skills into each element of the coaching cycle and become effective listeners, powerful questioners, and helpful facilitators of thinking.

This workshop is a result of Instructional Coaching Group’s partnership with Growth Coaching International (GCI), the leading provider of coaching professional development in Australia and New Zealand for nearly two decades.
