We're sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.

“A centering experience for your mind”

It is crucial that we take care of our own mental well-being, as well as promoting mental health to those around us. Register for this ‘zen moment for the brain’ and learn how to  help teachers reduce anxiety, regardless of where they are.

Coaching has always been about connecting, collaborating, and building a bridge between the exceptional work being done in classrooms to the rest of the school and system.  How do we maintain these expectations when emotions are high, adults and students alike are worried, and the tech learning curve is steep?  We’ll explore some of the new issues that coaches are facing in these uncertain times and help tackle issues and use approaches we’ve learned while navigating them. The session also revisits the necessity of slowing down, paying attention to emotional learning, listening with empathy, and continuing to do what coaches do best:  partner with teachers so students and systems improve.

For individuals with schedule conflicts or who live in different time zones, this workshop is recorded and available for registrants to watch on-demand for 30 days.
