The theme of this year’s Teaching, Learning, Coaching conference is Keep Learning.
The concept of continuous learning is deep in the roots of ICG. As an organization we are always evolving, changing, and striving to learn more. We want to live in a world where administrators are excited to lead, teachers are excited to teach, coaches are excited to coach, and above all, students are excited to learn. We believe that this happens when we are seeking new and better practices, engaging in learning conversations, researching, communicating, networking and connecting, listening, and allowing yourself to be vulnerable to change and revision when needed. Our hope is that you experience these elements of learning while attending the TLC conference, and that we’re able to create the type of human experience for each of you that we’ve dreamed up.
